After the Moderator starts a session, participants must be allowed into the session before recording can begin.

## **Allow Participants**

When a participant joins, they first appear under **Waiting Participants**.

To allow a participant into the session:

1. Open **Attendees**.
2. Click **Allow Participant**.
3. Once allowed, the participant moves to the **Participants** section.

## **Start Recording**

After at least one participant has joined the session, the **Start Recording** button becomes available.

To start recording:

1. Click **Start Recording**.
2. The session recording begins immediately.

**Note:** Recording can only be started after at least one participant has joined the session.

While recording:

- The **Start Recording** button changes to **Stop Recording**.
- The session status updates to **Recording in Progress**.
