### Highlight Reels allow you to organize important participant video clips into a single collection for easier review and presentation. You can group related clips from one or multiple participant sessions to showcase recurring themes, usability issues, customer feedback, or research insights.

Highlight Reels make it easy to:

- Organise tagged video clips into meaningful collections.
- Share key findings with stakeholders.
- Create a single combined video from multiple clips.
- Present customer feedback without reviewing full session recordings.

## **Steps to Create a Highlight Reel**

Before creating a Highlight Reel, you must first create video clips from participant sessions.

### **To create a video clip:**

1. Open a participant session.
2. Navigate to the **Clips** panel.
3. Click **Add a Clip**.
4. Select the start and end timestamps.
5. Enter a clip name.
6. Add one or more tags
7. Click **Save Clip**.

Once saved, the clip will appear under **Tagged Video Clips** in the project's **Analysis** tab.

## **Create a Highlight Reel**

1. Open your project.
2. Navigate to **Analysis**.
3. Select **Highlight Reels** from the left navigation panel.
4. Under **Tagged Video Clips**, locate the clip you want to include.
5. Hover over the clip and click the **three-dot (⋮) menu**.
6. Select **Add to Highlight Reel**.
7. Choose **Create New Highlight Reel**.
8. Enter a name for your Highlight Reel.
9. Click **OK**.

The newly created Highlight Reel appears in the **Highlight Reels** list on the left side.

## **Add More Clips to an Existing Highlight Reel**

To continue building your Highlight Reel:

1. Locate another clip under **Tagged Video Clips**.
2. Click the **three-dot (⋮) menu**.
3. Select **Add to Highlight Reel**.
4. Choose an existing Highlight Reel from the list.

The clip is immediately added to that reel.

## **Preview a Highlight Reel**

To preview the reel:

1. Open the Highlight Reel.
2. Click the **Play** button in the preview panel.

The player will play all clips in the order they appear in the reel.


## **Rearrange Clips**

To change the playback order:

1. Open the Highlight Reel.
2. Drag and drop clips using the **drag handle (six-dot icon)** beside each clip.

The new order becomes the playback sequence for the final reel.

## **Manage Individual Clips**

Each clip inside a Highlight Reel provides additional actions.

Click the **three-dot (⋮) menu** beside a clip to:

From the menu, you can:

- **Add Comment** – Add comments or feedback to the clip.
- **Share Clip** – Generate a shareable link to the individual clip.
- **Download Clip** – Download the selected clip to your device.
- **View Full Recording** – Open the complete participant session from which the clip was created.
- **Remove from Highlight Reel** – Remove the clip from the current Highlight Reel.

**Note:** Removing a clip from a Highlight Reel only removes it from that reel. The original clip remains available in **Tagged Video Clips** and is not deleted from the project.

## **Download the Highlight Reel**

After the reel has been generated:

1. Open the Highlight Reel you prepared.
2. Click **Download** to save the compiled video to your device.
