During a live session, Moderators and Observers can record Notes to capture important observations and participant insights. These Notes are automatically saved with timestamps and become available in the session report after the interview.

## **Viewing Session Notes**

After the session is completed, open the session recording from your study.

To view the session Notes, click the Feed tab from the right-hand navigation panel. The Feed displays all Notes captured during the session alongside the video playback, making it easy to review observations in context.

Each note includes:

- Note author's name and role
- Timestamp linked to the recording
- Note content

Click a **timestamp** to jump directly to that moment in the recording.
