You will need to allow Camera permission for Google Chrome to join DeepDive moderated sessions on your MacBook.

- Click on the “Apple icon” from the left top of the screen

- Open "System Preferences", click the “Security & Privacy”

- Switch to “Privacy” Tab
- Click on the “Lock Icon” on the left bottom corner to unlock

- You may need to enter your Mac password


### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Camera**</span>

- Find the “Camera” in the left section
- Check the box next to “Google Chrome”


### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Microphone**</span>

- Find the “Microphone” in the left section
- Check the box next to “Google Chrome”


### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Screen Sharing**</span>

- Find the “Screen Recording” in the left section
- Check the box next to “Google Chrome”

- Click on “Quite & Reopen” when you see the prompt below

- After completing the steps above, you will need to re-join the research room or re-open the user test again
