Go to the UXArmy homepage :

- Click on “<span style="color: #0747a6">Login</span>”
- Sign in to your account

Click on “User Interviews” to be directed to the DeepDive dashboard

- Click “<span style="color: #0747a6">Create New Study</span>” on the Dashboard to start.

**Study / Project details:**

- Enter your Study / Project name and a short description
- Choose a Transcript language. Select “None” in case you do not need Transcripts
- You should see the screen below.

- Share the **Observer Link** with:
  - Observers (these will not be visible to the Participant. Observers can be promoted to Moderator role by the Moderator in the Session.
  - Translators (Observers are promoted to Translator role by the Moderator in the Session)
- Share the **Participant Link** with your participant(s)

You can share the links through:

- Email
- Slack
- Microsoft Teams
- WhatsApp
- Any communication platform

## **Session Capacity**

From the same session link:

- Up to **25 Observers** can join
- Up to **2 Moderators** can join
- Up to **2 Translators** can join

### **Supported session types**

#### **User Interviews**

- 1:1 Interview
- Dyad Session (2 participants)
- Triad Session (3 participants)

Once you complete your study, you can access its reports, insights, booked sessions, recordings, and analysis by navigating to the “All Studies” section.
