## **What kind of Moderated Research can I run in DeepDive?**
DeepDive allows you to run User Interviews (1:1 Interviews including upload of videos / audio recordings of interviews from other sources e.g. Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, etc., Dyads, Triads), Focus Groups and AI Moderated Research.
**Note**: AI Moderated Research is only available in Enterprise Plans.
## **Where can I purchase additional DeepDive sessions or credits?**
If you need more sessions or credits beyond your current subscription allocation, please contact our support team at [hi@uxarmy.com](mailto:hi@uxarmy.com) with your registered account email and the number of additional sessions/credits required.
Additional sessions are typically added in blocks of 10, with a minimum purchase of 10 sessions/credits.
You can also review your current balance anytime by navigating to:
Settings → Credits & Usage.
## **How to check the remaining sessions or credits in your current subscription?**
Go to **Settings** → **Credits & Usage** from the left navigation menu.
On this page, you can view your remaining credits, credit usage breakdown, and usage by study type such as User Interviews, Surveys, Tree Testing, Card Sorting, and more.
You can also review how many credits were consumed per response/session and track your remaining balance under the **Pooled Credit Usage** section.
