Collaboration by Comment and @ is supported in Analysis Space. ## **Benefits of Analysis Space** Using Analysis Space allows you to: - View all tagged findings across your project in one place. - Quickly search and filter insights. - Organize research using tags. - Collaborate with your team using comments. - Export findings for further analysis. - Connect with Miro for affinity mapping and workshops. ## **Before You Start** Before using Analysis Space, review your session recordings and identify important findings by creating: - [Tagged transcript highlights](https://help.uxarmy.com/space/DeepDive/110854153/Session+Transcript) - [Notes](https://help.uxarmy.com/space/DeepDive/110264333/Session+Notes) - [Annotations](https://help.uxarmy.com/space/DeepDive/110755862/Making+Annotations+in+Session+Report) - [Video clips](https://help.uxarmy.com/space/DeepDive/110854203/Creating+Session+Video+Clippings) Once your findings have been tagged, they will automatically appear in Analysis Space for project-level analysis. ## **Analysis Space Overview** Analysis Space consists of several sections that help organize your research findings. When you visit the Analysis Space for the first time Click “Show me how” in any section to watch a quick walkthrough. It helps you quickly review, organize, and compare findings without opening each session individually. All tagged items, automatically get added to the Analysis Space. Each tagged item is displayed as a card and includes: - **Tag name** used to categorize the finding. - **Session information** showing where the finding came from. - A **link to the original transcript** for additional context. - A preview of the **highlighted transcript, note, annotation, bookmark, marker, or video clip**. - **Comments and reactions** for team collaboration. - A **More options (⋮)** menu for additional actions. You can group related clips from one or multiple participant sessions to showcase recurring themes, usability issues, customer feedback, or research insights. Highlight Reels make it easy to: - Organize tagged video clips into meaningful collections. - Share key findings with stakeholders. - Create a single combined video from multiple clips. - Present customer feedback without reviewing full session recordings. All tagged clips and their associated Tags will automatically appear here. Session Video Clips allow you to capture important moments from a participant session for later analysis, sharing, or inclusion in Highlight Reels. To create a video clip from a participant session: 1. Open the participant session. 2. Click the **Clips** tab from the right-side navigation panel. 3. Click **Add a Clip**. During a live session, Moderators and Observers can record notes to capture important observations and participant insights. These notes are automatically saved with timestamps and become available in the session report after the interview. Any **highlights** you create from the **Feed** or **Transcript** by selecting text and assigning a tag will automatically appear in **Analysis** See the **[Session Notes Guide](https://help.uxarmy.com/space/DeepDive/110264333/Session+Notes)** for more information on how to add session notes. ### **Insights** The Insights you create will appear here.
