A survey** **is a user research method where users are tasked to complete a series of questions, usually in a remote setting. Surveys allow researchers to gather information such as a user’s behavior, feedback, or feelings towards their product. Both qualitative and quantitative insights can be obtained, to determine how to improve a product’s experience.
