You can conduct surveys on different device types (i.e., mobile, computer, and tablet/iPad).


There are currently 7 types of survey questions on our platform:

- Yes/No Question
  - Users will answer “yes” or “no” to a simple close-ended question that you ask.
- Rating Scale
  - Measure users’ opinions on a 5-point or 7-point scale.
- Open Question
  - Allow users to express their opinions freely by typing their answer.
- Ranking Option
  - Users will rank a list of answers according to their opinions.
- Multiple Choice Question
  - Users will choose an option from a list of answers that you define. Multiple answers can be enabled if the question requires.
