<span style="color: #0747a6">Will the responses from participants that abandoned the survey be included in the report?</span>

The system will not include participants that have abandoned the survey. Their responses and answers will also not be recorded in the report.


<span style="color: #0747a6">Is there any character limit in the survey question and options?</span>

Yes, each question in the survey can contain up to 220 characters. Each option in a question can contain up to 55 characters. 


<span style="color: #0747a6">Can I edit the survey after launch?</span>

After receiving responses, you can:

✅ Edit question instructions and question options

✅ Change multiple choice questions from single select to multiple select

✅ Replace images in questions

✅ Change the scale type in rating scale questions (e.g changing from number to custom text)

✅ Shuffle and re-arrange questions

✅ Edit internal and public survey names

✅ Edit survey settings (e.g. Welcome and Thank you Message)

✅ Increase number of survey participants


After receiving responses, you cannot:

❌ Add or delete questions, options and images

❌ Change question type

❌ Duplicate survey questions

❌ Change the number of points used in a rating scale task (e.g from 5 points to 7 points)

❌ Decrease the number of participants invited to the survey

❌ Change panelist demographics and decrease number of participants

<span style="color: #0747a6">Do you support languages other than English?</span>

Yes, we do support Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Vietnamese(Tiếng Việt), Thai(ภาษาไทย), Simplified Chinese(简体中文), Traditional Chinese(繁體中文), Japanese(日本語), Korean(한국어), Arabic(عربي) and Hindi(हिन्दी) in the UserAdvocate App, where users take the surveys.


<span style="color: #0747a6">Is the UXArmy platform supported in China?</span>

No, it is not supported in China currently, due to some system and software restrictions locally.


<span style="color: #0747a6">Does UXArmy help to recruit participants with very detailed and specific profiles?</span>
