### **FAQs for Unmoderated Testing**
#### What's the maximum number of tasks I can create in an Unmoderated Test?
In each test, you can create up to 70 tasks.
#### What are the prototyping tools supported in UXArmy Unmoderated Testing?
In UXArmy Unmoderated Testing, we support…
- Figma (completely integrated)
- Figma Make
- Adobe XD
- ProtoPie
- Proto.io
- Framer
- Axure RP
- Marvel
- Any other prototyping tool that provides a Public accessible URL/link to your prototype
If your prototype does not appear as how you expected in the tester view, you may need to review your prototype settings again.

#### Does the success rate in a task include the testers that abandoned the test?
The system will not include the testers who abandoned the test. Their responses and answers will also not be recorded in the test report.
#### Can I edit the test after launching the study?
Yes, you can freely edit your test until the first response is submitted.
After receiving the first response, you cannot:
❌ Add or delete tasks, question task options and images
❌ Add / delete System Usability Scale (SUS) Score
❌ Change task type
❌ Duplicate tasks
❌ Change the number of points used in a rating scale task (e.g 5 points, 7 points and 10 points)
❌ Duplicate, Ungroup, Delete or Remove tasks that were grouped together before launch
❌ Decrease the number of participants invited to the test
❌ Change Panelist demographics and decrease number of participants
❌ Changing test settings such as Webcam
However, even after you receive responses, you can still below changes:
✅ Edit task instructions and question task options
✅ You can change multiple choice questions from single select to multiple select
✅ Update or Reimport prototype and screen paths, website and app URLs and success criteria
✅ Replace images in question tasks and Image task
✅ Reorder Tasks and Survey task options
✅ Change the scale type in rating scale tasks (e.g changing from number to custom text)
✅ Shuffle, re-arrange and group tasks together
✅ Edit internal and public test names
✅ Edit the screener (e.g. Adding, Editing, Deleting questions; Reorder, Duplicate)
✅ Edit Test Settings (e.g. NDA Toggle button, Screener, Transcription, Test Language, Invite Language, Welcome and Thank you Message)
✅ Increase number of participants, Edit the age range and gender

#### Can I increase the number of participants after my test has completed?
Yes, you can increase the number of participants even after a test has been completed. To do this, you'll need to relaunch (Go Live) the test to enable it to receive additional responses.
#### Is there any character limit in the survey question and options?
Yes, each question in the survey can contain up to 220 characters. Each option in a question can contain up to 55 characters.
#### Who are UXArmy Panelists (UserAdvocate)?
UXArmy Panelists are people from different parts of the world who sign up to test websites and apps in development, and to provide constructive feedback on how easy, or friendly they are to use.
#### Is UXArmy platform supported in China?
A variable set of system and software access restrictions locally in mainland China. Therefore, the availability can be unpredictable at times.
#### Do you support languages other than English in Unmoderated Testing?
Yes, we do support English (US), Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, and Vietnamese in the UserAdvocate App, where users take the unmoderated tests on. in case you do not find the language you are looking for, please write to us at [hi@uxarmy.com](mailto:hi@uxarmy.com) and we will add it for your research.
#### How long does it take to receive test responses from UXArmy Panelists?
It usually takes between 1 to 5 days to collect the responses from the Panel Testers. However, if you have set up specific screener questions, depending on the strictness of the criteria, it may affect the time required to receive test responses.
#### Does UXArmy help to recruit participants with very detailed and specific profiles?
Yes, we do help our clients source the participants they need for their tests.
