### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Figma Prototype Importing Takes Too Long**</span>

Figma prototypes with many components and pages tend to be heavy for the system to load.   
  
We recommend breaking down your prototype into multiple smaller paths if possible, and removing some unused components from the testing prototype. 

This will help to speed up the time to import the prototype.

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Figma "Prototype Not Found”**</span>

If you see the error messages listed below, please check and update the access permissions of your Figma design file.

Here are the steps to help you adjust your Figma prototype permission settings:

- From the top right corner of your file,
  - Click on the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Share</span>" button to change permission settings

- Click the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Share prototype</span>" button at the top right corner of the Design File

- Select "<span style="color: #0747a6">Anyone with the (file) link</span>" and "<span style="color: #0747a6">can view</span>"
- Click "<span style="color: #0747a6">Copy link</span>". Now, you can paste the link to the Figma Prototype section for your test creation

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Organization-Level Restrictions (Enterprise Accounts)**</span>

Company-wide restrictions may prevent third-party integrations or public link sharing.

External app integration might be disabled in admin settings, and only admins can manage link sharing settings.  


- Coordinate with your Figma administrator to allow integration access
- Ensure external sharing is enabled
