## **Overview**

The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) feature allows you to require participants to review and accept one or more confidentiality agreements before starting a test. Only participants who accept the NDA(s) are allowed to proceed to take the test.

This is useful for:

- Sensitive product testing
- Prototype or pre-release features
- Client-confidential research

Participants **must accept the NDA** to proceed with the test.

## **Uploading NDA from Workspace Settings**

You can upload and manage your NDA at the workspace level.

### **Steps:**

1. Go to **Settings**
2. Navigate to **Workspace → Advanced**
3. Scroll to **Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)**
4. Toggle the feature **Enabled**
5. Click **Upload file**
6. Upload your NDA document

### **Supported formats:**

- PDF (.pdf)
- Text (.txt)

### **File requirements:**

- Maximum file size: **200KB**
- Up to **10 files** supported

Once uploaded, the NDA will be available for selection when creating tests.

## **Adding NDA While Creating a Test**

You can attach an NDA directly when setting up your test.

### **Steps:**

1. Go to **Test Settings**
2. Locate **Non-Disclosure Agreement**
3. Toggle the NDA option **ON**
4. Click **Select documents to show participant**
5. Choose your uploaded NDA file

### **Notes:**

- You can select from previously uploaded NDA documents
- If no NDA is available, upload a new file directly
- Uploaded files here will **replace existing workspace NDA files**

## **Managing NDA Files**

- You can **preview** uploaded NDA files from Workspace Settings
- The **Delete option is only enabled when multiple NDA files are present**
- You **cannot delete the last remaining NDA file**
- Uploading a new file will **replace the existing NDA file**
- Ensure your document is finalized before uploading

## **Participant Experience**

When participants access the test:

1. The NDA document is displayed **before the test begins**
2. Participants must **review and accept** the agreement
3. If they **accept**, they can proceed with the test
4. If they **decline**, they will **not be allowed to continue**
