### **Subscription Plans**

## **Starting Your Free Trial or Subscribing (First-Time Users)**
Getting started with UXArmy is simple. You can begin with the **Free plan (no credit card required)** or subscribe directly to a paid plan.
1. Visit the **[UXArmy website](https://uxarmy.com/)** and click **[Try for Free](https://app.uxarmy.com/site/signup?_gl=1*14wby9w*_gcl_au*NzU0MTkyMDM3LjE3Njg5MTc5OTM.*_ga*OTcwMDgxMDcwLjE3NTMyNTg1NDk.*_ga_1YKQQ2JYMB*czE3NzM2NTM1ODMkbzM5NyRnMSR0MTc3MzY1NTQ3OCRqNjAkbDAkaDMxNjY0MjQxNg..)**.
2. Register using your **work email **address.
3. Set up your password and workspace details, including your role and the number of team members.
4. Complete the workspace setup to access your UXArmy dashboard.
After your account is created on UXArmy platform, you can:
**Start with the Free plan**
The Free plan allows you to explore UXArmy and run usability studies with 15 monthly credits. Learn more about **[how UXArmy pooled credits work](https://help.uxarmy.com/space/general/196771866/Pooled+Credits)**.
**Or, Subscribe directly to a paid plan**
If you want additional credits and team features, you can subscribe to a paid plan immediately.
1. Choose your preferred plan (Starter, Pro, or contact us for Organization plan).
2. Enter your billing and payment details.
3. Click **Proceed to Review** to verify the subscription details.
4. Confirm the payment to activate your plan.
Once the payment is completed, your subscription will be activated and you can start creating studies right away.
## **Upgrading Your Subscription (Existing Users)**
If you already have a UXArmy account, you can upgrade your plan directly from your dashboard.
1. Log in to your UXArmy dashboard.
2. On the left side of the dashboard, locate your current plan (e.g., Free plan).
3. Click the Upgrade button beside your current plan.
4. The pricing page will open inside your dashboard.
5. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to (Starter, Pro, or Organization).
6. A payment window will open where you can enter your billing details.
7. Select your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
8. Enter your credit card and billing address details.
9. Click Proceed to Review to verify your payment details.
10. If everything is correct, click Subscribe to confirm your plan.
Once the payment is completed, your account will immediately upgrade to the selected subscription plan.
