On the Reports, we have also included the Navigation Tree and Heat Map diagrams to assist you in analyzing the data you have collected from your testers.

Access the Navigation Tree and Heat Maps by:

- Switching to the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Tasks Results</span>" tab
- Clicking on "<span style="color: #0747a6">Navigation Tree</span>", "<span style="color: #0747a6">Click Heat Map</span>", or "<span style="color: #0747a6">Hover Heat Map</span>" in the middle section

The navigation tree showcases the varying steps they have taken to reach the end goal, where some may differ from others. The longer the chain, the more steps each tester has taken to reach the end goal.

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Click Heat Map**</span>

The Click Heatmap showcases the hotspots that your participants have clicked on, with bigger clusters of red indicating hotspots that users would often click on.

We have also included a line called the "Average Fold Height", which shows how far passing visitors would usually scroll down before leaving the site, as well as a counter for the number of clicks above and below the line.

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Hover Heat Map**</span>

The hover heatmap showcases the spots where users typically rest their mouse over when looking through the website. The brighter a certain spot is, it means the longer the time people hovered their mouse over them.

> ℹ️ When testing with Mobile apps, only Click Heat Map will be available.
