If you face some troubles of using microphone during testing, this may happen because you might have blocked the Microphone on your Google Chrome Browser.

Following steps as recommended by Google:

- Go to Chrome Settings
- Scroll down, and find the “Permission” section

- Click on Camera in the "Permission" section
- Check on the "Not allowed to use your camera" section
- Click on the > Arrow Icon next to "UserAdvocate"

- Find “Microphone”
- Click on the arrow dropdown
- Change the permission to "Allow"
