We take all our participants' privacy very seriously.

UXArmy does not share any of your personal information (such as your name and email address) with any third parties.

Do I need to complete all the tests that are available in my account?

No, you are not required to participate in all the tests that you are invited to. You can choose to accept or decline any test that is available to you in your account, and you can abort a test at any time during testing.

Am I required to share my personal information during a test?

During a test, you have complete discretion over what personal information you’d like to share. However, you should never share any SENSITIVE personal information such as your credit card number, identity card number, etc.

*Examples of sensitive personal information:*

- Passport or ID numbers
- Credit card number
- Bank account
- Account passwords
- Social Security number
- Medical records or treatment documentation/history
- Any other information that is related to your banking/finance account, identity, legal rights, etc.

*Example of non-sensitive personal information:*

- Name
- Email address
- Nationality & Country of Residence
- Demographic information
- Purchase preference, behavioral habits, etc.

Can I use fake personal details in the test, instead of my real information?

When answering screener questions, we urge you to use your real personal information, as it is critical for our clients to get the right testers that meet the test profile.

However, please note that you should never share SENSITIVE personal information. Only share non-sensitive information if you agree to share it with our clients during testing.

Will I need to make any payment during testing?

No, you should NEVER make any purchase in a test with your own personal financial information.

However, you may see an instruction asking you to try out payment using the fake credit card information provided in the Task description of a test. If so, it is fine to proceed and complete the user study with the card information provided in the task.

If you ever see a test that requires your personal credit card information or asks you to make a payment with your own money, please email [hi@uxarmy.com](mailto:hi@uxarmy.com) with the name of the test. That is **not** allowed on our platform.

How to prevent Google Chrome auto-fill from showing my information?

If the auto-fill feature on your Google Chrome has accidentally shown your sensitive personal information during testing, you can quit the test immediately and email [hi@uxarmy.com](mailto:hi@uxarmy.com) to request to re-take the test. If you abort, the recording will not be submitted.

To learn how to disable the auto-fill feature on Google Chrome before taking future tests, you can [check this article](https://support.iclasspro.com/hc/en-us/articles/218569268).
