### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Where to View Test Results?**</span>

On your dashboard,

- Hover your mouse over the test that you want to view the result
- Click on the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Report (Pie Chart)</span>" icon on the right side of the dashboard

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**What is in the Card Sorting Test Report?**</span>

There will be 3 sections included in your report: **1) Overview**, **2) Analysis**, and **3) Questionnaire**. 

You can switch between the sections by clicking on the icons shown on the left side.  
  


#### **1. Overview Section**

You will see a summary of your participants' demographics, test completion rate, the average time that is taken to complete the test, etc.

- Export your test result data by clicking on "<span style="color: #0747a6">More Options</span>" in the right top corner

**2. Analysis Section**

You will see 6 tabs that help you grasp an insight into your own test.

a) Participants: Details of your participants' demographics (if applicable), the time of completion, the total time that is taken to complete the test, the number of cards the tester sorted, and used devices.

You can tick the participants that you want to exclude from the result and apply the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Do not count in Results</span>" filter, or "<span style="color: #0747a6">Delete the selected Participants</span>".

- Click on a participant (e.g., P25), you will see two tabs "<span style="color: #0747a6">Basic Info</span>" & "<span style="color: #0747a6">Card Details</span>"
- In the “<span style="color: #0747a6">Card Details</span>” tab, you can see the tester's answer to the card categorization.

b) Cards: See all the categories that the testers sorted this card under.

c) Categories: See what are the card that all testers sorted in this category.

d) Result Matrix: A table totalized the times a card was placed under each category by all the participants.

e) Categorization Confidence: Record the count of a card placed in the “Unclear” category.

- Click on the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Journey</span>" on the right side

- In the “<span style="color: #0747a6">Journey</span>”, you can see the journey of all testers sorting this card.

f) Similarity Matrix: See how the cards are related to each other and grouped together by users.

g) Reasons for cards: How to see reasons that were given by participants

- Select a user from the participants' list

- You will see two tabs "<span style="color: #0747a6">Basic Info</span>" & "<span style="color: #0747a6">Card Details</span>"

- After clicking on Card Details, you are able to see the respond by the participant
- If there are reasons in the card, you should be able to see blue comments next to the cards or newly created category
- Simply hover your cursor over the blue comments you are able to see what the reasons were given by the participants

#### **3. Questionnaire Section**

You will have a summary of all answers to the Screener, Pre-Survey, and Post-Survey from all the participants, including the summary charts and graphics.
