### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Adding Questions**</span>

  
In the “<span style="color: #0747a6">Questionnaire</span>” section of your test creation, there are “<span style="color: #0747a6">Pre-Study Questionnaire</span>” and “<span style="color: #0747a6">Post-Study Questionnaire</span>”

- Switch on the toggle under “<span style="color: #0747a6">Pre-Study Questionnaire</span>” and/or “<span style="color: #0747a6">Post-Study Questionnaire</span>” tabs
- Click on “<span style="color: #0747a6">+ Add Question</span>”

- Select the question type (Text Answer, Radio Buttons, and Checkboxes)
- Fill in your questions and the answer options - you can **include up to 5 images** for each question

   


### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Arranging Question Sequence**</span>


All the questions, answer options, and images can be shuffled.

- Tick on “<span style="color: #0747a6">Skip</span>” if the answer to this question is optional for your testers
- Click on the “<span style="color: #0747a6">Up/Down Arrow</span>” on the right to move the question sequences
