Utilize UXArmy’s AI Summary feature in Unmoderated Testing, to speed up analysis or gather quick insights from your test.

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**AI Permissions**</span>

You have control over AI usage on your account.   
  
AI features can be switched on or off anytime for the entire platform, or for Unmoderated Testing / Moderated research (with UXArmy DeepDive) specifically.

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Enabling or Disabling AI Features**</span>

To enable or disable AI Summary for all tests, click on ‘Edit Profile’ to access your account settings.  
  
AI features can be switched on or off anytime for the entire platform, or for Unmoderated Testing/DeepDive specifically.

Under Settings, visit Workspace and click on the Advanced tab. Locate ‘AI Summary’ and choose to toggle On / Off, to enable or disable AI features on your account.

> ℹ️ Your decision to enable or disable AI features will apply to all tests in your account.


### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Data Privacy and Security**</span>

UXArmy strives to protect our customers’ privacy and confidential information.

For all our customer data, we:

- Encrypt all data at rest and in transit
- Set up security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access to customer data
- Enforce user access controls around who can view and access your data

When working with 3rd party companies to process data, we:

- Do not allow permission for 3rd party companies to use data that customers upload on the UXArmy platform
- Limit how long vendors can store data - OpenAI and our other model providers store data temporarily, or in some cases not at all

### <span style="color: #0747a6">**Accuracy**</span>

The AI-powered Summary feature is created based on artificial intelligence algorithms. Do take note that accuracy and reliability of these results may vary. The AI-generated summary should be regarded only as a reference.

Please exercise your own judgment and discretion when using the AI Summary. It is crucial to verify and cross-check the verbatims highlighted before making any business decisions.
