**Who Are Collaborators?**

Collaborators are individuals invited to contribute to specific research studies like Usability Tests, Surveys, or User Interviews through DeepDive projects, without needing a full paid seat. This is ideal for involving teammates, clients, or stakeholders in the research process.

## **Key Benefits**

- Enables teamwork across roles like designers, PMs, clients, or interns
- Supports research collaboration, feedback, and data review
- Expands platform reach by allowing broader participation
- Helps maintain cost-efficiency while supporting shared workflows

Collaborators have limited access and permissions and can only view and interact with studies they are invited to.

## **How to Invite a Collaborator**

1. Open the **Settings → Workspace**.
2. Under **Members** tab, Click the **“Invite Members” button.**
3. In the dialogue that pops up, enter their email address and select the Role as “Collaborator”.
4. The members would receive an invite by email. Once the invite is accepted, they’d be shown as an active Collaborator.

Collaborator limits may vary by plan and will be managed to ensure platform performance and cost efficiency.
