**For Researchers**
What are the recommended browsers, computer resolution, and operating systems for clients to create a test/research?
Clients can create tests on any Desktop browser on standard landscape screen resolutions on any operating system. We mainly develop and test on 16:9 Aspect Ratios.
For DeepDive, only Google Chrome browser is supported.
**For Testers / Participants**
What is the recommended browser for testers to use?
We have a few types of testing tools that are browser-based:
> ℹ️ **Unmoderated Usability Tests (With Recording):** It requires a Chrome Extension, we recommend using the latest version of the Google Chrome browser and the Chrome Extension on the Desktop
> ℹ️ **Figma Usability Testing (Without Recording):** For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome on desktop, tablet, and mobile. However, you can use any browser as long as it’s updated to the latest version.
> ℹ️ **Surveys:** For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome on desktop, tablet, and mobile. However, you can use any browser as long as it’s updated to the latest version.
> ℹ️ **DeepDive:** We recommend using the Google Chrome browser on Desktop and Mobile (Not supported on Huawei devices)
> ℹ️ **Card Sorting:** For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome on desktop, tablet, and mobile. However, you can use any browser as long as it’s updated to the latest version.

Computers

How much memory must be available on my participant's' mobile phone?
A minimum of 3 GB of space must be available on the mobile phone.
The available / used memory usage can be found out in the following manner:
iPhone: Settings > General > iPhone Storage
Android: Settings > Storage
