<span style="color: #0747a6">Which currency will I be paying in?</span>

Currently, we only charge in USD no matter which country you are in at the moment.


<span style="color: #0747a6">Once I cancel my subscription, will it be effective immediately?</span>

No, it will be effective after your current subscription expires.


<span style="color: #0747a6">Will I receive an invoice for my purchase order?</span>

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your registered email.


<span style="color: #0747a6">Can I change/upgrade my subscription?</span>

No, currently we did not provide this feature. You can change your subscription by canceling the current subscription and subscribing to the plan you want to change to.


<span style="color: #0747a6">How do I upgrade my Information Architecture tools (i.e. card sorting, tree testing, and participatory design) Free plan?</span>

After you logged into your account, on the left-hand side of your dashboard,

- Select “My Subscription”
- You'll see a screen similar as below.
- Click on "Upgrade Plan" for the tool that you wish to upgrade your plan with

- Select the plan that you wish to subscribe to
- Proceed and complete the payment. Now, you've successfully subscribed to our plan.
