<span style="color: #0747a6">What should I do if I forget my password?</span>

On the login page,

- Click "<u>[Forgot Your Password?](https://app.uxarmy.com/user/passwordReset/)</u>"
- Enter the email you used to register
- Check your mailbox and click on the link to reset your password


<span style="color: #0747a6">How do I change my password?</span>

To change your password, after you have logged in to your account,

- Click your "Email ID" on the top right corner of the screen
- Click the "Edit Profile"
- Click on the "Change Password" tab
- Enter your current password & the new password

 


<span style="color: #0747a6">How can I delete my account?</span>

To delete your account, once you have logged in to your account,

- Click on the "Delete Account" tab in **Red** color
- Tick "Delete this account"
- Click "Delete Account"

  


> ℹ️ Once you choose to Delete your Account, all your Unmoderated Usability Testing & DeepDive Moderated Research will be removed, and your account will be permanently deleted.
