In the Test Setup section,

- By default, when you first create the test, you will have a bare bone named “<span style="color: #0747a6">Home</span>” ready for you.


If you want to change its label,

- Hover your mouse to "<span style="color: #0747a6">Home</span>"
- Click on the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Rename (Pencil)</span>" icon

You can further create your own structure tree by

- Importing your CSV/XLS/XLSX file, or
- Clicking on the "<span style="color: #0747a6">Rename (Pencil)</span>", "<span style="color: #0747a6">+Add</span>", and "<span style="color: #0747a6">-Remove</span>" buttons to start editing your tree
